Our company employs professionals with many years of experience. We can assure you that such situations will not arise. If this does happen, we will compensate for minor losses or issue an insurance policy to compensate for larger losses caused by our employee. Our company is insured.

You have a few flexible options for allowing the cleaners to enter your home. You can either meet the cleaners in person and let them in, or if you prefer not to be present, you can provide entry instructions (e.g., Lockbox code or a hidden key location). If you’re not home, we will follow any provided instructions for locking up afterward, and you’ll receive a photo report confirming that the cleaning was completed. We also notify you 30 minutes before finishing if you plan to return.

Yes, your home must have electricity and running water for our cleaners to work properly. If our cleaners arrive and your electricity or water is shut off, the cleaning will be considered cancelled and our normal cancellation policy will apply. If you still require the cleaners to clean without electricity or running water then it is up to the cleaners desizion to leave or stay, and in that case you take full responsibility that the cleaning may not be perfect at the end and there will be no refunds, discounts, re-cleans, or any other compensation under any circumstance.

We request all customers to ask your cleaners for an initial and final walkthrough. At that point you can mention to your cleaners if you are not satisfied with anything and they can fix it at that moment before they leave. In special cases, the cleaners can come back to fix any issues.
*If the home is very dirty and your cleaning requires a higher price (or more time) than originally estimated but you do not approve, then your cleaners will do their best but they will not come back for free under any circumstance.
